职位描述：
The Quality Controller reports to the Quality Supervisor.
Key objectives:
To inspect strictly the goods and only allow the good quality goods be shipped
To improve supplier factory’s quality level to meet Pimkie’s requirement
The Missions of the Quality Controller :
To : Inspect strictly all the goods of all accessories orders
-By inspecting the goods under the Pimkie’ quality level (commercially and technically)
-By making understand the factory of the problem in case goods rejected
-By suggesting the solution to factory in case goods rejected
-By sending monthly inspection reports to Quality manager CC merchandiser team to highlight the serious quality problem
To : Assure the quality level of the factories of our suppliers to meet Pimkie’s level
-By making understand the factories our quality process and quality requirement
-By helping factories to improve their quality control system
To : Assess the factories (direct supplier of factories, or factories of trading suppliers)
-By visiting and assess according to Pimkie’s requirement
To : Help the merchandiser team to control the BPF sample and production sample, in case of need
-By helping the merchandiser to judge if sample is BPF or if production sample is same as the BPF sample, in case the merchandiser has some doubt.
Performance Indicators:
-Work closely to the accessory Merchandisers.
-Quality and frequency of the report following the visits.
-Maximum of quality supplier evaluated as Excellent, Very Good, Good.
-Low claim rate upon delivery for accessory orders controlled without any contractor.
