JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this position, you will provide support to the Consultants in the execution and completion of search assignments. Job responsibilities encompass specific research in defined industries, building up contacts via telephone, identification and assessment of suitable candidates, developing network contacts as well as database / resume management.
To qualify, you need to have the following:
-Highly driven, resourceful, tenacious and a team player.
-Work under little supervision, assertive, resilient and disciplined.
-Project oriented with the ability to prioritize assignments and to multi-task.
-Ability to think laterally in a demanding and results oriented environment.
-Excellent written and communication skills.
-Experience in financial services sector will be advantageous
While no search experience is required, candidates who possess the right personal attributes and potential will be professionally trained. Candidates with telemarketing or telesales experience are also welcome to apply.
