职位描述：
With the fast and healthy growth and expansion of Google, the need for strong internal IT support inside Google is growing, too. We are looking for IT support engineers, responsible for providing a high level of support services for internal users, coordinating technical resources and ensuring system & server performance.

Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support and trouble-shooting for Linux workstations, Microsoft desktops/laptops and phone & video conferencing system.
Administer user access to corporate network and applications, such as Email/DNS/VPN.
Working closely with network engineering team, maintain and ensure the connectivity between central office and remote branch offices.
Provide remote support to multiple offices in different locations, both through internal network and through remote VPN.
Promptly respond to reports of failure, diagnose and analyze root cause, and coordinate resources from different teams for incident resolution.
Involved in projects such as system upgrading, office relocations and expansions, etc.
Help with IT procurement.
Requirements:
2008 BS or MS new graduate in computer science or equivalent major.
Understanding of LAN/WAN environment.
Familiar with Linux/UNIX and windows environment.
Interest in IT hardware and applications and new technologies.
Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving sense and skills.
Customer-oriented and good personality.
Self-motivated and quick learner.
Project management skills and ability to multi-task.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Interest in phone & video conferencing system and wireless devices is a plus.
Experience with Macintosh OS X is a plus.
