Job Description
1/ Business process re-engineering - Able to assist the assigned business process owners, experts and end user with the redesign of the business processes to meet stated objectives.
2/ Requirement definition - Consults with customers in cross-functional areas to identify business needs and to facilitate agreement between functional areas. Assists customers in developing and documenting well-defined requirements to meet those needs and understand the cost or value to the organization of meeting the requirement.
3/ End user support - work with the end-users to ensure that all problems, either system or process related are resolved to an agreed standard.
Position Requirment
1/ B.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or related scientific fields
2/ Demonstrated programming experience with Java or .NET or PB or SQL
3/ Knowledgeable in Object-oriented programming concepts
4/ Must be able to work as a member of a team, a team player
5/ Able to work well under pressure
6/ Must be capable of working well in a team environment with a minimum of supervision.
7/ Must be able to work in a dynamic changing environment, seeking out the energy associated with startup operations.
8/ Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
