职位描述: Responsibilities:
-Handle daily cases on customer service
-Communicate with internal/external relevant parties to provide ‘Worry free & Convenient’ services to customers
-Keep regularly contact with local government for regional law, rule gathering and relationship maintenance
-Support to handle local CCC certificate, Bar Code issues and local market spot check
-Provide good support on local public relationship event
Requirements:
-Degree holder
-At least 1 year relevant working experience
-High responsibility sense and strong communication skills of customer care
-Outgoing personality and able to work under pressure
-Initiative, passionate and work with high degree of independence
-Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Windows 2000, Exchange Outlook) is essential
-Good command of English and Mandarin is essential
