主要职责： •Client side PC workstation software and hardware problem debugging and resolving in Office IT operation; •IT working environment preparation for new hire, including OS, Patch, Application system installation; •Cooperating with global team to deploy new workstation related technology, including new version image deployment; •Provide high quality solutions to end user’s technical questions; •Management of asset inventory within WS team;
教育背景： •College degree, major in Computer Science or related field 语言要求： •Good at English communication, both verbal and written 专业能力： •Skilled in Microsoft Windows 2000/XP; Familiar with Microsoft products •Basic network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN,VPN, etc) knowledge; •MCSE is preferred. •Strong self-working and solving problem capability under pressure; •Keen self-studying capability, willing to learning new technology; •Diligent and positive working attitude
