职位描述：
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Design or development of electronic and electrical components or small system;
-Test and validation of the design;
-Work with engineers in other function to assist project leaders while follow the committed objective and schedule of each project
-Concentrate continuously on the improvement of the quality and cost;
-Commit with the Yearly Evaluation (PMP);
-Preserve a good environment on the company, respecting yourself and others
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor Degree, Major in Electrical or Automation Engineering
-Familiar with circuit design, automatic control, some experience with PCB layout and knowledge of C language is preferable;
-Electrical component knowledge, e.g., Pump, Valve, Motor and Wire Harness
-Self-motivation and teamwork player
-Demonstrated certain problem solving and prevention techniques
-Familiar with all kinds of design tooling for PCB design;
-Good computer operating skill;
-Good written and oral English.
-Be able to work in tough environment and under great pressure
-Be creative and initiative in work
-Be able to adapt different environment and have capability to endure pressure
