Responsibilities * Training sourcing collecting * Staff training record filing and consulting to general staff for training application procedure. * Staff training bond follow up. * Updating whole company organization chart including respective department. * Assisting HR Specialist for filing /recruiting /reference check /working visa handling/ annual leave letter etc. preparation * Assisting HR Manager to conduct training result evaluation * Assisting HR Manager to conduct staff training * Assisting HR Manager to conduct salary and benefit’s survey. * Assisting HR Manager to conduct staff performance evaluation * Finishing HR Manager’s assigned temporary work.
Requirements
A .Education University degree, major in human resources management or administration B. Knowledge Basic administration knowledge C. Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Good English in oral and written Good at word /excel/power point of computer
