Job Description:
·Assisting Materials Manager to operate Materials Department.
·Material handling support and solving the parts shortage issue.
·While necessary, assisting import & export officer to work on related import and export officer to work on related import and export documents.
·Updating the stock status of overseas parts and adjusting the PO.
·Tracking UK's delivery and communicate with UK on parts shortage issues.
·According to the production plan and stock, preparing the PO to each domestic and overseas supplier.
·Arbitrator for on-site problem solving.
Requirements:
·Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification.
·Prior experience in auto industry material planning and logistics activities.
·In depth knowledge of global logistics operations and supply chain management.
·Outstanding communication skills ,fluent in English ,written and verbal.
·Ability to excel in a team oriented environment.
·Self-starter and process thinker with strong analytical skill.
·Knowledge of auto industry delivery requirements and supplier logistics practice ,such as packaging ,transportation modes and concepts,logistics processes,the Customs issues.
·Trading and Customs experience is a plus.
