职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Follow-up on delegated tasks
2. Technical translation and interpretation
3. Organize calendar
4. Prepare documents
5. Collect, combine and analyze data, check them for consistency
6. Create oral and written communication to employees, internal or external recipients
7. Organize and coordinate travel, meetings for production department
Qualifications:
1. College degree with more than 1 year assistant experience, work experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred
2. Proficient in administrative tasks, Good at using Ms-office software (Excel, Word, outlook)
3. Good command of Mandarin and English both in written and oral
4. Thinks logically, good mathematical understanding, able to check information for consistency
5. Basic knowledge in quality and engineering
6. Very strong communication skill and leadership
