Position Title: Data Entry operator
Reports To: Operations Manager
Start Date: 15th April
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin. Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
Proficient in MS office applications.
Should have technical knowledge about computer and internet.
Team player, adjusting and enthusiastic
Knowledge of apparel would be a bonus.
Responsibilities:
Data entry into BPCS system (Apparel based)
All other production data entry
Filing all updated production information correctly
Communicating with Gazal production teams in Shanghai and Sydney on daily basis
Communicating with suppliers to received documents and enter into system as soon as possible
Communicating with freight forwarder and shipping company
