职位描述/要求：

Responsibility

1, Exportation declaration file collection, checking up and excel input. 报关单的收集、检查、表格填制。
2, Copy and file paper of importation. 海运进口单证的复印,归档,以及填制流转单。
3, File preparation for declaration. 报关、报检委托书等常规报关文件的准备
4, ABT application for duty fee submission. 网上税金的申请
5, Confirm the goods receiving quantity in line with invoice for local PO.检查所收国产物料的数量与订单相符,及与发票的一致性
6, Fax and confirm local PO with supplier on delivery date ,quantity ,pricing.传真订单给国内供应商并确认交货日,数量,单价等
7, Other procurement occasional job if needed.其他物料计划临时事务

Requirement

1.BS education in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
2.Fluent English in writing reading & speaking.
3.Skillful in computer application software operation, like Excel, Access, and Word.
4.SAP system operation skill.
