Shanghai JM Imtech Facility Services Co., Ltd. (JM Imtech) is a joint venture between China Jin Mao Group Co., Ltd. (CJMG-ww***com[点击查看]) and Imtech Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG (Imtech Germany-ww***.nl[点击查看]).
Founded in February of 1993, CJMG is a super-large state-owned stock enterprise, launched by 14 large-scale foreign trade companies, including China National Chemicals Import & Export Corp., China National Cereals, Oil & Foodstuffs Import & Export Corp. and China National Metal & Mines Import & Export Co.
The Jin Mao Tower wholly owned by CJMG and managed & operated by JM Imtech is the most famous building in China, and one of the tallest buildings worldwide. A symbol of international architecture and cultural pride, Jin Mao Tower defines the progressive development of China and has become a landmark, particularly in Shanghai Pudong New Area.
