With the lead of IT Project Supervisor, ensure all IT inControl and ISEC related documents, SOPs, process, are ready for both Applications and Infrastructure.
IT InControl and ISEC continuance improvement and monitoring. Major Accountabilities
IT compliance coordination and support:
Coordinating and support IT compliance for Pharma IT, including applications and Infrastructure
Assist the IT project supervisor to communicate with IT members for the IT internal process, IT SOPs, IT policies.
Contact point for IT compliance related topics between local and Global with the instruction of IT project supervisor.
Work together with the IT project supervisor, be responsible for the documentations of IT SOPs, IT polices and any required document by IT InControl.
ISEC tasks(Including Information Classification, Risk Assessment etc.) with the instruction of IT project Supervisor. Project Management
Report project status and issues where help is needed to IT management according to the IT compliance.
Make sure project deliverables are in compliance with Novartis technology, quality and security standards where applicable.
