职位描述：
Job Summary:
* Being the Group IT in charge and as the key person in working with the management in strategic planning of hardware and software system development to maximize effectiveness and efficiency；
* Make recommendations to the management as to the best possible computer systems, databases or other programs in order to maintain high level of security and reliability；
* Oversee group system design and development, IT support and data administration；
* Be responsible for reviewing all hardware and software acquisitions；
* Provide leadership and supervision to the Group IT team covering China and HK offices.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor degree holder gradated from a well-recognized college with major in Computer Science and minor in Finance/Accounting, holder of MBA will be a definite advantage；
* Minimum of 10-year IT work experience, in which at least 5-year in management level in serving organization(s) with over 1000 business users；
Excellent understanding in hospitality / recreation / private club service industry is essential；
* Proven record in high-level system and network infrastructure design with ability in conducting in-depth business process review and concluding adequate improvement in IT policies and practices；
* Possess strong I.T. application background, particularly in financial accounting with knowledge in data analysis and data mining；
* Strong I.T. project and team management skill with previous experience in leading China local I.T. staff；
* Broad understanding in I.T. technologies including LAN/WAN, wireless, network infrastructure, MS SQL Server, Sun Accounts system, Lotus Notes, Visual Foxpro & etc；
* Result-oriented, resourceful, proactive, multi-tasked and with high adaptability to work in fast-pace work environment；
* Excellent communicator in English, Cantonese and Mandarin；
* Availability to work in Shenzhen while best arrangement in accommodation and transportation will be available for right candidate.
