职位描述: Job description:
Act as IT helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software, network issues, provide solutions promptly to recover the IT services and maintain IT support log
Maintain servers, network equipments and other IT infrastructure, including printers, PBX
Provide 1st level support to upstream technical computing (Linux Enterprise)
Assist the local Information Protection coordinator to ensure the IT system IP compliance
Provide IT knowledge training to end users
Perform other IT job as per required by the direct supervisor
Requirement:
Bachelor in Computer Science or relevant subjects
Fluent in English oral and writing communication and good interpersonal skill
Windows environment, CISCO products background are preferred and Linux experience is a plus
Good team player, positive attitude and be able to work under pressure.
