Job Responsibilities:
As an ITS team member, carry out assigned projects and tasks under the direction of a more experienced analyst in a timely, diligent, and professional manner.
Demonstrate the ability to acquire the knowledge and develop the skills and traits required for growth as an analyst.
Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results.
Qualification Required:
Rational use of one’s technical expertise in considering and choosing from among alternative courses of action.
Active attempts to influence events to achieve goals; introducing one’s thoughts or actions into a situation; originating action
Total task accomplishment through concern for all areas involved no matter how small
Staying with plan of action until the desired objective is achieved or is no longer reasonably attainable.
Clear understanding of priorities, re-ordering them as required and sensitivity to the management of time.
Steady acquisition of knowledge which is consciously assimilated and applied on the job.
