工作职责：
1.负责开发的职位，能够扩大市场并找到合适的个人以及公司客户。
2.完成销售电话的工作，以及为了发现公司房屋租赁需求而进行陌生拜访。
要求：
1.五官端正、相貌佳；
2.良好的沟通和语言表达能力；
3.良好的英语书写和口语表达能力；
4.熟悉上海顶级租赁楼盘者优先；
5.熟练操作Word, Excel, PowerPoint；

Business Development
Responsibility：
1.Sales Call;
2.Present our Corporate Residential Services to the HR Department or Admin Department in multinational corporation companies;
3.Have the ability to get potential Individual or Corporate Customers
Requirement:
1.Good looking
2.Skilled communication is a must
3.Skilled English Speaking and Writing
4.Familiar with the Top Level Residences in Shanghai is preferred
5.Can operate WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT
