Longitude Management Consulting is a China-based professional consulting firm that is focused on helping its clients to increase human capital and improve performance in their businesses of wide range scope. Longitude Management Consulting provides services in the business scopes as follows:
1. Human Performance Consulting (Management Audit & Development; Key Executive Leadership Profiling and Coaching; Pre-ERP HR Consulting etc.)
2. Executive Search (Recruiting service for positions at middle and senior management levels)
3. Management Training (Tailored in-house training and public seminars)
The company’s core business is to provide quality consulting service, training, and placing management talents to its clients’ organizations. To further expand the business, the company is looking for a group of young professionals as research associates for its executive search and other practices. The position profile is as follows:
Job Responsibilities
1. Location: Shanghai
2. Reporting to: Consultant
3. Direct report(s): Nil
4. Function(s):
1) Off - Assignment
Ø Provide industry research and update candidates database to efficient data mining.
Ø Help consultants maintain knowledge bank
Ø Update information of company’s website
Ø Assist with recruiting new staff and other activities
2) On - Assignment
Ø Choose target industries, and conduct database research
Ø Help consultants define position specifications and frame the task plan
Ø Source qualified candidates for assigned project within specified time limits
Ø Gather information on potential candidates
Ø Telephone screen potential candidates
Ø List prospective candidate and arrange interview time for them
Ø Develop shortlist of candidates for consultants to interview
Ø Assist consultants preparing candidate reports
Ø Help consultants prepare research summary for clients
Ø Assist in client relations management and search process administration
3) Training and Development
Ø Create self-career development plan and implement it to increase self -competence
Ø Develop expertise in executive search area
Ø Develop innovative analytical approaches to problem solving
Ø Team-training to learn necessary knowledge and skills
Qualifications
1. Age: 22 - 25 years old
2. Education: A Bachelor degree in English or Management
3. Experience: Previous business experience will be a plus
4. Languages: Excellent command of English and Mandarin Chinese
5. Skills and Knowledge:
1) Good communication and interpersonal skills;
2) Strong learning and analytical skills
