职位描述: JF Pearson China follows the widely recognized principle that people are the most valuable assets of a successful company. We are continuously seeking highly motivated innovative professionals to join our rapidly growing company.
JF Pearson Operations Team plays an important role in actualizing the company’s event. You will be responsible for all aspects of smooth running of events including coordination with internal and external customers, venue set-up, logistic arrangement, delegate registration and etc. Business negotiation and sourcing skills are important when dealing with hotels, printing house, translators and etc.
Requirements:
Computer literate and good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Microsoft Publisher.
Expected to act with initiative and take a high degree of responsibility and independence
Able to work under pressure and constantly meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently and in a team
Possessing excellent team work spirit and customer centric awareness
Having a pleasant personality and have a creative flair
Good command of English written and spoken
Fresh graduates from any disciplines are encouraged to apply
