职位描述：
Objectives of the job / Key Success Factors
1.Literature search, review and breakthrough thinking.
2.Design and plan experimental route based on project concept.
3.Synthesize different series of materials meet the need of Hair Substantive purpose
4.Synthesize different kind of hair lubricate materials with different kind synthetic method.
5.Design and set up evaluation method for hair lubrication benefit and characterize and evaluation targeted polymer.
6.Deliver the result material and explore new idea for the concept.
Skills / Competencies / Experience required of the candidate
1.Master or Ph D in polymer chemistry
2.Excellent background and knowledge in polymer synthesis and material science
3.Excellent experimental skills and experiences in polymer synthesis and characterization
4.Good communication and project management skills
5.Good computer and oral / written English skills
6.Open; do not afraid of failure;approachable, reliable, pay attention to details, able to work under pressure
