职位描述: HR Secretary
1.Provide administrative support and assistance to Local HR top management including but not limited to schedule/calendar and time management; general administrative support,task including:
-Travel arrangement including air-ticket/hotel/fetch/e-accounting/name cards maintain
-Assist in preparation of presentations and some analysis
-Receiving internal and external customers and meeting arrangement
-Visitors Reception & mail / calls reply
-Filing management including meeting material/newspapers etc
-General administrative issues supervising
2. HR daily operation coodination and supporting, task including:
-Employee relavant file management and delivery.
-Employee commercial insurance list maintenance.
-Other employee HR daily support coodination
1.Diploma and above.
2.Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese.CET-6 is required. Japanese skill prefered.
3.Good command of MS Office(Excel,Outlook,Word,Powerpoint)
4.Honest,committed and detail oriented.Be able to work under pressure. 5. Good team spirit.
50% on secretarial daily supporting work
50% on HR operational work
