Fix assets arrangement;
Coordinator the communication work with RS partners or other customers;
Telephone system maintenance;
Employee Visa delivery;
Help on organize & coordination company-wide's employee activities, meetings and company events;
Requirements:
PC & internet skills, good time management;
College or above major in secretary,administration or management, good English both written and spoken;
Mature, good team player, good interpersonal and communication skill.
