职位描述: General responsibilities:
Fully understand the business processes of Marketing and act as the product manager to coordinate the delivery of the right IT solution on time by applying proper solution framework.
Establish and maintain trust relationship with Marketing department and promote frequent communication with them
Closly work with CENSYS to understand MKT global application and provide analysis on how it suits/conflicts with GCAMKT requirement.
To lead and manage all local Marketing IT products as well as to assist to deploy any global Marketing products in GCA. To ensure all products can contribute benefit to business operation.
Arrange cross-department activities (e.g. workshop, meeting) between Marketing dept and IS dept
Analyze input from relevant Marketing stakeholders and provide professional IT consultancy services.
Pro-actively work with Marketing department not only in GCA but also ASI area in order to fully understand and present a overview of Marketing business requirement.
Pro-actively analyze cross-department developments and bring opportunities to fulfill our goal to be the solution partner of CEN.
Consistently improve customers' satisfaction with our services.
Specific requirements:
University graduated with bachelor degree or above.
Sound knowledge and experience in Marketing in shipping/forwarding/trading business
Strong requirement analysis skill.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Self-motivated, aggressive, customer driven and result-oriented
Presentable with high ethics and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
