Your ResponsibilitiesTranslate customer requirements into functional specifications. Define, together with burner engineers, electronic engineers and design & assembly engineers, the system design based on the functional specification. Be knowledgeable about interactions between burner and electronics and application, combined with knowledge of heat management and safety (IEC, UL, CCC) and other requirements (e.g., EMC)Use tools to predict critical system aspects and propose improvements, during design phase and improvement phase. Design and adaptation of fast
-prototype for demonstration/show
-model.Release of systems based upon release test protocol and improvement iteration cycles including provide required documentation.Apply agreed procedures for project management (innovation to market)Support CSG for mass
-production release.Release and scout for new component/technology and assembly suppliers.Provide global technical support (and first line technical contact person) for Halogen projects from Bath, Pabianice, Juarez, Aachen and Shanghai.Create patent proposals/creative idea’s for integrated Halogen to maintain / safeguard Philips strong position in integrated Halogen.Your Profile
1.Master degree physics or mechanics
2.Experience preferred but not needed.
