-Reporting to the Training Manager of Worldwide Operations, this Training pecialist is responsible for the design and delivery of web
-based and instructor
-led training in support of corporate initiatives and business strategies of Suns Worldwide Operations. The focus is on supporting a cross
-functional curriculum for globally dispersed learners.Job Description-------

-functional teams in an environment of competing interests and limited resources

-level strategist and ground

* Accomplished writing and editing skills
* Experience leading teams through process workflow documentation a plus
* Enjoy fast paced, high volume work situations
* Ability to work independently, with little supervision, internally motivated
* Knowledge of/experience with the WWOPS organization a plus
* Comprehensive knowledge of EnglishRequired Knowledge and Skills
* Member of cross
-functional teams to develop training for various programs and initiatives.
* Leading those cross
-functional teams of Subject Matter Experts to design, develop, and implement web based training programs using industry standard tools such as Adobe Flash, Breeze, and Captivate as well as Articulate Presenter.
* Designing and implementing Needs Assessments
* Establishing Core Competencies and Skills Matrices
* Performing Gap Analyses
* Determining Learning Objectives
* Researching, creating and organizing content into logical learning sequences (storyboards)
* Evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives
* Designing online competency tests for programs developed
* Provide support to others in T&D group as the local representative for Asia.Description of Marginal Knowledge and Skills
* Manage reporting, metrics, evaluations, logistics and infrastructure of training and development initiatives and assess the effectiveness and ROI of these efforts through defined metrics and participant feedback.
* Manage Learning Management System and on
-line assessment tools to track student progress and completions for eLearning courses as well as Instructor Lead courses delivered.
* Champion special projects and/or cross functional teams as needed.
