Requirements
- have excellent English language speaking, written skills, good command of other language(Franch, German, Italy...) is preferred.
- have excellent typing skills
- have Unix/Linux command
-line experience
- have (preferably) some customer
-support experience Customer Support is provided mainly via email for software and hosted application products
- Computer Science degree is required Addtional
- Shifts may require8AM
