-Ensure timely & accurate payroll & benefits (including mandatory social insurance) payout for each month;
-Maintain & Administer HR IS system and make sure all employee information in the systems is updated in a timely manner and is correct;
-Payroll documentation;
-Support implementation of approved policy & process changes.
-Generate reports for management or other authorities when requested;Requirements:
-Bachelor degree with minumum 1 year experience in HR C&B administration;
-Familiar with local HR policy & regulations;
-Familiar with local tax regulartion will be a plus;
-Good communication skills and a good team player;
-Good problem solving skills, PC processing skills;
-Meticulous, methodical, process oriented;
-High sense of keeping information in confidential;
-Work experience in multinational company is preferred;
-Good reading & written English skills.
