Report to:Quality EngineerResponsibilities:
·Conduct factory qualification audit.
·Review prototype and complete Sample Assessment Form for PDM and PJA review.
·Provide suggestion to PDM and PJA for prototype improvement.
·Be responsible for quality approval during PSA (Production Start
-up Authorization) process.
·Review samples to be sent to Lab for testing.
·Track MTL, CTL testing.
·Implement quality check in production process and before shipment and report results to team related.
·Manage inspection reports.
·Coordinate customer inspection.
·Do process audit and improvement.Qualification:
·Good command of English, both oral and writing.
·PC skill.
·Familiar with ISO.
·Can skillfully use AQL.
·Familiar with manufacturing process of stamping, welding, painting, plating and etc.
·Knowledge of material of metal, glass, wood ceramic and resin.
·Factory work background is preferred.
