岗位描述：
1.为微软电话销售人员提供产品技术支持，如WindowsDesktop，OfficeSystem，ServerSystem（WindowsServer、SQLServer、Exchange、IS
A、SMS…）；
2.运用专业技术知识为顾客提供满意的服务；
3.与培训专员配合负责微软电话销售人员的产品培训工作。职位要求：
1.对微软全线产品非常熟悉；
2.有产品培训经验，有MCSE或MCT认证者优先；
3.能够主动解决问题，良好的沟通技巧，英文沟通能力良好；
4.有客户服务及团队合作精神；
