Job DescriptionAdministration responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the office(such as visitors receiving; stationery purchasing & equipment maintenance; air ticket & hotel booking)
- Handing couriers & letters management & transfer;
-Contact and negotiate with vendor to provide quality service to the company;
- Ad hoc duties assigned by management.HR responsibilities:
- Assist to arrange interview and other issues of recruitment;
- Assist to deliver generalist HR support (such as work permit application, employee contracts renewal, annual dinner arrangement etc.) Job Specificationa)Personal Qualities
- College/University graduation in HR, Administration or related field;
- Passionate, willing to learn
- Good team player with positive attitude and be customer oriented;
- Ability to communicate efficientlyb)Skills
- Fluent in English (CET4 or above);
- Skillful computer operations in MS Office
