Position: Process Engineer Trainee工艺工程师培训生
Requirements：
1、Bachelor or Master in Chemical Engineering or Biochemistry
2、Fluent Written & Spoken English and Mandarin
3、Good computer skills
4、Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5、Be able to work independently and work well under tight deadlines
Responsibilities：
1. Technical process support of manufacturing facility including project management;
2. Design of experiment;
3. Troubleshooting, problem solving and proactive support of the manufacturing process;
4. Daily monitoring of process performance in the facility and preparation of campaign summaries;
5. Support continuous improvement efforts in technical process with operational ring teams;
6. Analyze problems, make recommendations and implement solutions as appropriate;
7. Support new product and technology introductions to the plant, interfacing with others in the
company;
8. Will perform projects in multiple technical aspects of manufacturing. (Fermentation, Recovery,
Granulation in the future, Product Quality, Continuous Improvement and Manufacturability);
9. Monitor and report on process performance, product cost and operational logistics;
10.Conduct cost, material and efficiency studies;
11. May lead small project teams;
12. Process documentation;
13. Design and development of operations, equipment, process and methods.
