-College degree or above, possibly major in commerce & trading
-Very good English and Mandarin is necessary, both spoken and written. Italian language is appreciated.
-Must have good experience in Export Trading company with experience with export processes and Tax refund.
-Be able to work precisely is a must.
-Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
-Self motivated, patient, reliable, sense of responsibilities.
-Willing to take up additional responsibilities.
-Be able to work independently (without supervision).
-Willing to help/team worker
-Gets the job done –
-Good communication and interpersonal skills –
-Be able to priorities work.
-Main routine: Follow up order and shipment with coordinating with internal office , custom clearance arrangements/ inspection arrangements.
-MS Office & Outlook proficiency
