Responsibilities:
1.Failure analysis,focus on bipane related rejects, and feedback the results to Prod.Manager/Supplier
2.Yield data integration and analysis,indicate the abnormal and carry out investigation
3.Support in bipane/products evaluation sample run
4.Assist Bipane Integration Engineer to drive yield improvement
5.Assist Bipane Integration Engineer to smooth the channel of the yield/bipane related information exchange between SH factory and Bipane supplier
6.Support in process yield improvent with help in failure analysis.Job SpecificationsAcademic/Professional Qualification:Academic graduation or above.Working Experience:Working experience in LCD or Electronic manufacturing is preferable.Expertise/Skills:
1)Analysis skill in LCD products especially in TFT LTPS panel related failure;
2)Familiar to LCD back end process;
3)Knowledge of AMLCD,electronics is preferable;
4)Fluent English in both speaking and writing,CET 6 is preferablePersonal Attributes:Diligent,honest,responsible,willing to challenge,Good communication skill
