Location: Jinshan plantRoles and Responsibilities:
-To abide by Corporate Purchasing Guideline and protect Cognis interest. Make sure issues such as legal, ethical, safety, health, and environment are addressed within business scope. Make sure companys confidential information is protected
-To support sourcing requirements of spare
-parts, service, equipment from internal clients within specified budget. Ensure application of Cognis standard
-To implement strategy of indirect purchasing. Insure whole purchasing process be followed up. Implement process of supplier performance management Drive supplier performance improvement
-To negotiate best terms & conditions with suppliers and maximal benefits to Cognis. Work closely with internal clients in plant
-To participate in assigned regional/global projects. Handle other tasks assigned when necessary. Gather information and provide data & reports according to requirements of projects and Cognis affiliates. Complete related Administrative workRequirements:
-Engineering knowledge, experience in procurement for plant operation is preferred
-Be patient and work independently and good communication skills
-Internal client oriented and team work spirit. Negotiation skills
-Fluent in English
