职位描述/要求： Department: Sourcing DeptReport to: Sourcing ManagerStation: Shanghai KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Take responsibilities of execution of research and data analysis tasks in preparation of reports/recommendationsCarry out production schedule based on customers requirements. Control and keep track of finished goods inventory to optimum level. Monitor supplier chain deliveries to meet production schedule. Follow up order and shipment with factories and coordinating with internal office and customersCreate and provide PO numbers, including pricing and terms for the delivery.Perform data reconciliation between shipments and receipts. Close purchase orders. Perform various administrative duties in support of office, sourcing or business operation division; Assist sourcing manager to deal with daily business admin issuesEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION: Have interest in purchasing/sourcing, able to work independently with high integrityGood interpersonal skills, proactive, good communicator, self motivatedExcellent in English writing, listening and speakingExcellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
