Essential Functions:

1.Be independently responsible for ME laboratory work that focused on Module failure analysis and reliability test.

2.To develop laboratory work flow and instruction for failure analysis and reliability test.

3.To conduct the operation process of failure analysis and reliability test, then output the experimental report.

4.To maintain the equipment/instrument in the laboratory.

5.To involve the implementation of EHS system in laboratory.

6.To establish LAB management policy and conduct the routine LAB work.

岗位要求

Hiring Guidelines:

1.Bachelor or above, EE or ME or Chemical or the related.

2.LAB failure analysis and reliability test work experience.

3.Be familiar with X-ray, encapsulation machine, SMT process and microscopes, etc..

4.Be familiar with the reliability test including THT/THB/HTST/TCT/TST/HAST, etc..

5.Strong communication skill and logic-thinker.

6.To provide experimental report in English is must.
