Analyse employee expenses using Excel and then input these monthly expense in to The Accountancy Solution(TAS);Input employee expenses on to P11D spreadsheets in preparation for Year End tax returns;Input invoices on to Purchase Ledger using TAS;Process expenses, salary and invoice payments;Assist with the preparation of Management AccountsUnderstand, observe and react to team work pressures assisting with ad hoc duties wherever possible on time and to the required standard;Contribute to the identification and recommendation of methods of improving quality of service and operational effectiveness within the team;Be flexible regarding working hours during busy periods in order to meet client/internal deadlines;Competent to use figures, tables and other numerical data and to apply logic when for example analysing employee expenses and carrying out straightforward calculations;Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with their team/clients and understand basic instructions given orally
