- Lead research projects on DRM solution for Thomson end

-end video systems, such as mobile TV, IPTV and Internet video applications.
- Be responsible of project planning, ensure deliverables and co
-ordinate team work in a given budget.
- Apply innovative research outputs to Thomson video system solutions through prove

-concept prototyping
- Demonstrate new content security technologies to internal and external customers
- Work in close collaboration with other research centers and business units of Thomson located worldwide
- Contribute to Thomson IP portfolios through invention disclosures on content protection
- Publish technical papers of the field in internationally recognized conferences and journals
- Participate and contribute to China DRM standardization bodies.Required profile: General
- Experience of team work and project management
- Fluent English language
- Good communication capability
- Good self

- High degree of initiative and responsibilitySpecific
-MS / Ph.
D. in EE, CS or equivalent, Ph.
D. is preferred.
- Interest and enthusiasm in content security.
- Good programming skills in C/C++ for prove of concept simulation and prototyping
- Detailed knowledge of network protocols relating to multimedia communications
- General knowledge of audiovisual compression technologies
- Familiar with state

-the
-art security & content protection technologies
- Ability to identify research directions for content security
- Standardization activity experience is desirable
