Description As an HR Staffing Specialist youll concentrate on becoming expert in a specific aspect of hr, and act as the focal point in that discipline for country managers. Your challenge will be to produce creative hr solutions to business needs, advising managers on how to get where they want to be from an hr perspective. In addition to providing this consultancy, youll also help to implement the business plans in line with global hr strategy and hp policies. Qualifications A degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, or a related field of study Ideally professional HR qualificationsUnderstanding of staffing is essential.Ideally working knowledge of labor laws and government regulationsBasic competency with technology as it relates to Human Resources, and computer proficiencyProject and/or program management abilityExceptional people skillsExcellent communication skillsPragmatism and business awarenessEnthusiasm for change and challenging conventionFluency in local languageIdeally fluency in English
