Job Title:SAP AdministratorJob Responsibilities:
1. Daily office jobs as secretary
2. SAP administration for order execution in FAS incl.
- Construction of new projects in SAP system
- Creation of Purchase Requests for the purchasing
- SAP information management
3. Documents administration incl.
- Administration of drawings and documents in the COMPASS system
- Preparation and releasing of drawings for local subcontractors
- Project final documentation preparation (not technically) Job Requirement and Qualification:
- College or university education background, if no any working experience bachelor degree is must.
- Excellent motivation skill
- Effective communication skill
- Fluent spoke both of English and Chinese, German will be an advantage
