POSITION: USDS Software Development and Testing (11 interns)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
USDS (Unified Subscriber Data Service) offers a complete subscriber data management solution for mobile network that includes IMS, CDMA, UMTS and AAA. USDS is a highly distributed, convergent network subscriber data management solution with high scalability and reliability to manage multiple network type in one integrated system.

RESPONSIBILITIES
?? Participating in feature development team for coding/unit testing.
?? Feature Testing.
?? Tool development.

REQUIREMENTS
?? Good C/C++/Java programming skill and object oriented design (Unix, OOD/P, RDBMS) experience.
?? Good Knowledge and background in telecom, wireless network and IMS would be a plus.
?? BS or above degree in computer science, electronic engineering or related field.

2.Web service-based application design and development: 2 interns Urgent!

Requirements:
(1)Familiar with Java programming
(2)Familiar with Web Services

3. Mapweb Project : 1 intern Urgent!

Requirement:
(1) Be very familiar with JSP, Java Script, Ajax, HTML and XML, Knowledge of Java Applet is a plus.
(2) Be familiar with J2EE, Servlet, EJB,JDBC,MySQL,Linux,J2ME, WAP and Tomcat
(3) Be familiar with SIP is a plus
(4) Knowledge of Web Service, JDO, CVS and MVC is a plus
(5) Experience with HTML browser/parser development is a plus.

4. Location-based application : 2 interns Urgent!

Description: location-based application development on mobile devices

Requirement:
(1) Familiar with Symbian, J2ME, or Windows Mobile programming
(2) Project experience of programming with Symbian, J2ME or Windows Mobile
(3) (Optional) Experience with Linux is a plus

5. IMS Core Technologies Research: 1 intern Urgent!

Requirements:
(1)Project experience for protocol development using C/C++ programming under Linux/Windows is a must
(2)Knowledge of SIP/SDP/RTP protocol is a must
(3)Knowledge of peer to peer communication is a plus

6. 3G IMS Multimedia Application Server Research: 1 intern Urgent!

Requirements:
(1)One year project experience in web application development using PHP/MySQL is a must
(2)Knowledge of BLOG/RSS is a plus

7. 3G IMS Multimedia Application Client Research: 1 intern Urgent!

Requirements:
(1Project experience in J2ME application development for mobile device is a must
(2)Knowledge of XML is a plus
(3)Knowledge of IETF SIMPLE is a plus

8. IMS network security Research: 1 intern

Requirements:
(1)Programming experience using C under Linux and is a must
(2)Knowledge of network security is a must
(3)Knowledge and programming experience of openssl is a plus
(4)Knowledge of SIP/SDP/RTP protocol is a plus

9. IMS network security Research: 1 intern

Requirements:
(1)Programming experience using C under Linux and is a must

10. Routing Protocol Implementation for ASON: 2 interns Urgent!

Requirements:

(4)Experience with c/c++ programming
(5)Good ability in writing documents in English
(6)Familiar with DDRP is a PLUS

11. WiFi Positioning system: 1 intern Urgent!

Requirements:
(1)Familiar with C/C++, MFC, .NET programming
(2)Familiar with Web Services
(3)Knowledge of Wireless LAN.
(4)Could develop under Linux is a plus.

12. Web service testing tools: 2 interns Urgent!

Requirements:
(1)Familiar with Java programming
(2)Familiar with Web Services
(3)Knowledge & experience on testing

13. WiMAX research : 1 intern Urgent!

Requirements:
(1)Familiar with IEEE802.16 series standards (version d/e/j/m), experience in WiMAX relating project is optimized
(2)Project experience with MATLAB or OPNET simulation tools in recent 2 years is a must
(3)Experience for cross-layer design and scheduling is a plus
(4)Experience for technical paper writing and publishing is a plus
(5)Quick learning and ability of innovation

14. IMS Application Sever Performance Evaluation: 1 intern

Requirement:
(1)Be familiar with Discrete Event Simulation.
(2)Be familiar with NS2 network simulator or Matlab.
(3)Have knowledge on queuing theory
(4)Be familiar with HTTP/XCAP and SIP is a plus.
