Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesAdministration of the Security Artefact Team Room and Security Calendar Tool in line with current procedures.
- Accepts the ownership and responsibility for the accurate and timely execution of tasks assigned.Takes ownership for the resolution and assigns problem records to the appropriate support groups.Ensures that artefacts provided by perform teams are of a suitable quality and standard to demonstrate compliance to the relevant policy and procedures.Produce performance metrics based on the perform teams execution of Security Calendar Events.Work with the GSD331 team to ensure accurate calendar triggers are recorded in the Security Calendar Tool.Customer Focus:The Security Assurance Coordinator is responsible for meeting, and where possible, exceeding customer expectations. All contractual obligations are met and the Security Analyst aims to add value to the customer.
- Assisting Security Assurance Team Lead to provide appropriate artefacts that demonstrate compliance to the relevant policy and procedure.
- Assisting the Security Assurance Tram Lead with contractual requirements (eg. SLAs, Policies & Procedures, Approvals).Job Requirements & Qualification (skills/experiences)Bachelor degree or above.Mandatory Skills:
- Understanding of the basic security principles
- Knowledge of security and audit control requirements
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Lotus Notes skills
- SRMS skills
- Problem solving skillsExperienced IT skills in one or more of the following
