Roles and Responsibilities
1.Generating material requisitions or purchase orders for low to medium impact components; request purchase orders where required
2.Follow up and report on supplier delivery performance, implementing corrective actions as directed
3.Promptly action schedule changes to minimize problem inventory; co
-ordinate the disposition of problem inventory
4.Analyze, implement and follow up on ECO and scheduled activity dates
5.Analyze and promptly action all discrepant material notices and problem receipts or invoices
6.Monitor the performance against target of inventory levels, raising issues for resolution by othersSkills/Qualifications
1.Decisions are based on established procedures. Unusual situations are elevated to more experienced staff or management. Work may be routinely reviewed for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
2.Generally requires a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Operations, or equivalent.
3.English skill in reading, written and speaking is essential for this position.
