Job Title: Finance Analyst （财务文员，1名，上海）

 

Brief Description:

This position is to ensure daily Finance issues proceeded smoothly, responsible for General Ledger Accounting, Financial Reporting.

Key Accountabilities/Duties:

-  JEs & Financial Reporting preparation

-  Verify the necessary of accrual

-  Submit local P&L, B/S reports & Statistic report to local authorities

-  Tax declaration on time;

-  Finish ad-hoc requirements from local authorities

Requirements:

-  Bachelor Degree, Major in finance or accounting

-  0-2 years work experience in relevant field

-  Good Microsoft office skills especially Excel

-  Fluent in verbal and written English

-  Full of responsibility, Carefulness, Analytical, Time management;

-  Chinese certificate of CPA preferred

Job Title:  Documentation Representative （单证文员，3名，上海）

Brief Description:

This position will be responsible for bill of lading producing, system operation and Customer Service.
Key Accountabilities/Duties:

- Ensure the percentage of accuracy to meet company standard
- Ensure accurate coding for customers, esp. for the shippers
- Follow up the process of B/L inputting, vessel cleaning up based on workflow system in production queue
- Ensure to provide the timely standard reconciliation process
Requirements:
- College degree
- Good command of written and spoken English
- A team player and willing to undertake work pressure
- Good command of PC application software and good at typing
- One year work experience in relevant filed will be preferred
Job Title:  Operation Analyst （操作代表，1名，上海 – 宝山 张华浜）

Brief Description：
This role is to ensure the smooth equipment dispatch operation process for internal & external customers of APL.  The main business area is release E.I.R for O/B cargo based on booking system and current inventory of each depot at SHA.

Key Accountabilities/Duties:
- Release E.I.R for O/B cargo based on BKG sys & current inventory of each depot
- Specific focus on delinquent container cleaning up
- Monitoring oneway/greybox/hitlist container status, maximum utilizing the related units to the correct return locations
- Work with the regional EQPT team to supply the sufficient and cargo-worthy     containers to inland points
Requirements:
- University degree
- 6 years in equipment field6 years in shipping Operations field
- Good English-writing & speaking skills
- Good PC workstation skills (Word for Windows, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Negotiation, Presentation, Logistical, Analytic

Job Title:  Account Representative（物流集运部客户代表，1名，上海）

Brief Description：
This position is to handle daily operation to meet customers’ needs, provide quality services and make sure no service failures occur.

Key Accountabilities/Duties:
- Handle daily operations activities for customers
- Achieve a high customer satisfaction rating
- Provide suggestion for problem solving to meet customers satisfaction
- Implement new customers’ requirements
- Co-operate with service providers to solve local customs/trucking problems
- Seek support from supervisor for final decision and approval

Requirements:
- College degree
- Some experience in the transportation industry
- Good command of both spoken/written English and Chinese
- Attention to detail, pc skills, typing ability, customer focus
- Shipping knowledge, understanding of customs regulations
