Position Description:

Provide support and actively give input to product program on build preparations as well as during the build. Manage diagnostic/rework station to fulfill build requirements. Work with program team to analysis the failure data and give summary report.

Key task areas:
- Keep repair and rework station in good condition that can be used at any time.
- Give own contribution to the team to reach scorecard target, including OTS, OTF, MFR, quantity and so on.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions on diagnostic related findings to program adding value to the builds.
- Involve in process owner network information sharing meeting, keep PPB updated on diagnostic related technology.
- Work with program team to analyse and solve problems found during builds.
- Individually contributes to some projects as an experienced team member
- Share new finds during builds with mass production factory.

Key competencies for the job:
hand soldering skill(general and BGA rework station), know soldering inspection standard, final assembly skill, know cosmetic inspection standard, Nokia product fundamental and circuit diagram, BB/RF related knowledge, GSM/CDMA2000/WCDMA theory, Basic Electronic technology and digital circuit control, Basic RF measurement knowledge, mobile phone diagnostic skill , PCB manufacturing technology, operation of repair instrument, pdrs reporting tool skill, diagnostic application(phoenix…), cost control awareness, ESD knowledge, statistic skill, DFM knowledge, NOKIA manufacturing process ,CE/PE process, project management, time management, communication skills, network communication skills, spoken and written English, build management process, Customer Orientation, People Process Understanding, Process Knowledge,
