* Act as the Leasing Head of the project.
* To achieve an occupancy rate of no less than 80% of the total leasable area.
* To ensure a punctual billing and collecting leasing fees from Client
* To act as line manager for all on-site leasing staffs.
* Implement projects as required by the Centre General Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Direct and Supervise daily leasing activities.
* Supervision of the preparation of all reports and records of works during the leasing process.
* Responsible to make sure all direct manage leasing staffs to achieve their designated leasing and revenue target.
* Supervision of the development of retailer data base and mining for new retailers to both the project and the firm.
* Work closely with the Centre Operation and Marketing Director on the consistency of trade mix, marketing for leasing, rental income budget and tenant service before opening.
* Responsible to complete signing of all Tenancy Agreement.
* Responsible to all billing and collecting fees from the clients, and calculation of commission of all leasing staffs.
