Job Requirement：
1. Affinity in marketing in the real estate industry
2. Fluent in English, additional foreign language is a plus
3. Strong willingness and skill to communicate with international people in Beijing
4. Familiarity of Beijing geography/real estate market
5. Sound knowledge in real estate industry is desired
6. Fresh graduate preferred, responsible and hardworking attitude
7. International people living or studying in Beijing are also welcome
Job Description：
1. To provide professional housing services to international people living in Beijing
2. To aggressively develop new corporate customers, mainly Multinational corporations
3. To maintain the existing clients and provide customized housing related services
4. Effectively making sales through Internet and telephone
