Receive and welcome visitors in a professional way;
· Handle incoming / outgoing calls, keep relevant records and transfer messages promptly and accurately;
· Receive and deliver incoming / outgoing mails and parcels;
· Manage relevant administrative documentation and relationships in an organized, efficient and professional way;
· Oversee the cleanness and security of the working environment and keep professional records;
· Responsible for some administrative work;
· Perform other necessary administrative functions;
Preferred knowledge, skills and abilities:
· College graduate with good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken;
· Computer literate, working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
· Professional presentation with cheerful and positive personality
· Strong sense of responsibility and well-developed organizational skills
