1. Contract draft and review
2. Take part in business negotiation
3. Provide legal option on business case
4. Liaise with external consultant and lawyer
Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in law & relative specialty , Possess PRC lawyer certificate is plus.
2. Experience in mobile phone or electronics industry is a plus.
3. Good interpersonal ability , strong communication and negotiation abilities, and team cooperation spirit, with great passion for work.
4. Good command of both oral and written English, and be able to negotiate with customers in fluent English.
5. Outstanding fresh graduates are also preferred.
